Amnadaliz Eldawaity, LMSW, is a New York State Licensed Social Worker. She received her Bachelor and Master degrees in Social Work from Hunter College’s Silberman School of Social work. Ms. Eldawaity has worked with adults, adolescents, and families in outpatient mental health settings, including community mental health, foster care, preventive child welfare and school settings.

Ms. Eldawaity works with a diverse set of people across the lifespan who are navigating a range of issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and life transitions. She specializes in working with individuals and families impacted by intimate partner abuse. Ms. Eldawaity adopts a person-centered approach as she works psychodynamically and utilizes elements of relational therapy, cognitive behavioral and mindfulness techniques.

Ms. Eldawaity’s style incorporates warmth, curiosity, and humor. She values the uniqueness and diverse backgrounds of each client. Ms. Eldawaity is a compassionate therapist who works to create a therapeutic relationship where clients can feel safe and accepted as they gain a better understanding of themselves. This therapeutic relationship empowers clients in their process of healing as they grow to have compassion for themselves and self-acceptance.
